The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum is seeking an individual to join our visitor services team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate must enjoy working with people. Responsibilities will include: strong computer and customer service skills, must be comfortable handling cash and baseball knowledge is helpful but not necessary. This is a 40 hour-a-week, entry-level position which will include evenings, weekends and occasional holidays. Accounting Associate (Full-Time)
The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum is seeking individuals for a full-time accounting associate position. The basic job duties will consist of: Daily accounting cycle processing payables, receivables, general ledger, banking and filing. The candidates must be self-motivated and organized with the ability to multi-task. Must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Job will consist of repetitive key stroking and tasking. Must be a team player with great interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word applications. A minimum of two years of business office experience is required and an associates degree in accounting or business is preferred. Guest Service Associate (Part-Time)
Department: Museum StorePosition: Guest Service Associate
Status: Part-Time Hourly
Reports to: Under the direction of the Museum Store Manager
Qualifications: A Guest Service Associate candidate should be outgoing, possess energy and exhibit the ability to handle multiple tasks, while maintaining a positive attitude. In addition, the candidate must exhibit the ability to learn merchandising standards.
Required Uniform: The required staff shirt (furnished by the Museum), stone colored slacks/pants (docker style only), black belt and shoes (pants, belt and shoes are employee’s responsibility).
Philosophy: Ensuring guests a remarkable shopping experience with fun, friendly, knowledgeable and timely service. Guest Service Associates will also ensure proper floor cleanliness and merchandising.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintains customer service as the priority. Is visible on the selling floors, front and forward, wearing ID.
- Follows "Basics 4 Success" for Guest Service requirements.
- Maintains visual presentation of Museum Store.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Museum Store merchandise.
- Proper and professional handling of phone inquiries.
- Complies with Museum Store/Museum guidelines.
- Is flexible to the needs of the business.
- Communicates effectively with fellow Associates and Management.
- Is available to attend training programs or meetings as requested by Museum Store Manager.
- Is physically able to walk, stand in one area or climb stairs when necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Museum Store Associate (Part-Time)

Qualifications: A Check-out service Associate candidate should be outgoing, possess energy and exhibit the ability to handle multiple tasks, while maintaining a positive attitude. In addition, the candidate must exhibit the ability to process register transactions and properly handle cash.
Required Uniform: The required staff shirt (furnished by the Museum), Stone colored slacks/pants (docker style only), black belt and shoes (pants, belt and shoes are employee’s responsibility).
Philosophy: Ensuring guests a remarkable shopping experience with fun, friendly, knowledgeable and timely service. Check-out Service Associates will also ensure personalized, exact check-outs.

- Restocks check-out inventory (bags, boxes, register tapes and promotional items).
- Is flexible to the needs of the business.
- Communicates effectively with fellow Associates and Management.
- Is available to attend training programs or meetings as requested by Museum Store Manager.
- Is physically able to walk, stand in one area or climb stairs when necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
