Hours and Admission

The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum is open seven days a week year-round, with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Summer Hours
Daily, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
From Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through the Sunday before Labor Day.

Offseason Hours
Daily, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
From Labor Day through the Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend.

Holiday Closings
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

A. Bartlett Giamatti Research Center Hours

9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Giamatti Research Center is closed on weekends and holidays, the week between Christmas and New Years Day, and for special events as may be required from time-to-time. Research facilities are not available to library patrons during the Annual Symposium on Baseball and American Culture, and days prior to the Hall of Fame Game Weekend and Hall of Fame Induction Weekend.

Those engaged in research projects are urged to make appointments at least one week in advance of their visit. To make an appointment, please call the reference desk at 607.547.0330 or 607.547.0335, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET. Researchers should confirm availability of the library prior to making travel arrangements.

  • Tickets are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase.
